How we work with government
Do you bid on government contracts?
No. We are a commercial laundry provider, not a government bidder, so we do not compete for or hold federal contracts. We get the work done two ways: as the fulfillment partner behind a contractor who has already been awarded, and as a direct provider for purchases small enough to buy without a formal solicitation.
Can you work as a subcontractor on a contract we already won?
Yes. That is our core role. You hold the award and remain the prime, and we provide the laundry, linen, or uniform service behind it, with the documentation your contract requires.
Do we need to go out for bid to use you for a small purchase?
No. Smaller purchases can be made directly, without a formal solicitation. We handle the work and document it for your files.
Do you compete against us for the contract?
Never. We do not bid on government work. We work behind contractors and buyers, not against them.
Purchases and pricing
What size of purchase can you handle directly?
Smaller purchases that an agency can make without a formal solicitation. If your need is larger and goes out for bid, we can still help, as the laundry provider behind the awarded contractor. Tell us your situation and we will confirm the simplest path.
How is laundry priced?
Usually by the pound or by the piece, based on volume, service type, and schedule. We confirm the number in a written proposal before any work begins.
How fast can you start?
Send us your situation and volume, and we usually respond with a proposal within one business day.
Compliance and documentation
Do you provide documentation for our contract file?
Yes. We log pickups, counts, and deliveries, so a prime contractor or a contracting officer's representative has an auditable record.
How do I prove textiles are Berry-compliant if my contract requires it?
Through supplier documentation establishing US origin of the fiber, yarn, fabric, and finished item. Keep certificates of origin so you can certify compliance if asked.
What do you wash?
Flat linen such as sheets, blankets, and towels; uniforms and dress garments, including dry cleaning; and bulk facility textiles. If you have a specific item, ask us.
