Pricing

Government laundry pricing varies by job. Here's how we build a price, and what to expect when you request a quote.

How pricing is calculated

Most laundry is priced by the pound or by the piece, based on your volume, the mix of items, delivery frequency, and any special handling your contract requires. We confirm the number in a written proposal before any work begins.

There is no published rate card, because a subcontract behind a large award and a one-off small purchase are different jobs. Your quote is built around what you actually need.

What drives your number

The main factors are volume, the mix of linen, uniforms, and dry cleaning, how often you need pickups and deliveries, and whether you are an awarded contractor or making a direct purchase.

Route logistics also matter. A location in a market we already serve will generally cost less than a new market we are building into.

What you get for the price

The price covers pickup, processing, and delivery, plus the delivery logs and counts your records need. For subcontract work, that documentation is built to drop straight into your contract file.

Any minimums or setup details are disclosed in the written proposal, before you commit to anything.
